Mr. Ramesh Dugar is a seasoned business leader and visionary strategist, serving as the Director and Promoter of Dugar Finance and Investment Ltd. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant milestones in revenue growth, financial operations, and market expansion. His deep industry expertise and strategic acumen have been instrumental in positioning the company for long-term success.
Beyond his role at Dugar Finance, Mr. Dugar holds several prestigious positions, including Chairman of the All India Manufacturers Organization and Vice Chairman of the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce. His past leadership roles include serving as Chairman of the Jain International Trade Organization, South India Hire Purchase Association, and Madras Hire Purchase Association.
A strong advocate for ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility, Mr. Dugar is actively involved in philanthropy. He is a Trustee of the N T Dugar Foundation, K C Chellammal Charitable Trust, and Rajasthan Cosmo Club Foundation, supporting various social causes.

Was earlier employed with 2 large Chennai based Industrial Groups, TVS & Amalgamations for considerable lengths of time.

A Chartered Accountant having three decades of comprehensive experience in Accounts & Finance spanning diverse industries such as NBFC, Banking & Real Estate. Previous work experience includes working as a V.P – Accounts & Finance in Sundaram Home Finance for a significant period in his career.

- V.R. Govindarajan, Assistant Vice-President – Operations at Dugar Finance, Chennai, has over 39 years of experience in retail finance. He has held key roles at TAFE Motors, Shriram City Union, and ITI Ltd. His strengths include vehicle finance, credit approvals, collections, and business development. Known for surpassing targets and winning performance awards, he blends strategic insight with operational expertise, backed by an English Literature degree from the University of Madras.

Zonal Head - Rajasthan
- With over 18 years of experience in banking and financial services, he has developed expertise in sales, team leadership, and branch management. His career began at ICICI Home Finance Co. Ltd under Franchisee Innovation Financial Services, where he worked as a Spoke In-charge from April 2003 to April 2007. He then moved to HDFC Bank Ltd (Auto Loan) under DST - HBL Global Pvt. Ltd, serving as a Team Leader from May 2007 to June 2010.
- In July 2010, he joined E-next Financial Ltd, working with Tata Motors Finance as a Business Development Manager and Team Leader until April 2012. He later transitioned to Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd as an Assistant Manager TFE-RA from May 2012 to January 2013. His next role was at AU Financiers India Ltd as a Senior Executive from February 2013 to March 2014. Following this, he served as an Area Sales Manager at Mas Financial Services Ltd from August 2014 to June 2015.
- In January 2016, he joined Sanghi Brother’s (I) Pvt Ltd, a dealer of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, as a Manager in Finance, where he worked until July 2017. He then took on the role of Deputy Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd from August 2017 to March 2018. His most recent experience includes serving as a Branch Head at IndusInd Bank Ltd from April 2018 to March 2021.
- Throughout his career, he has consistently contributed to business growth, financial operations, and team development, bringing a deep understanding of retail banking, auto finance, and commercial vehicle financing.
